This is a monthly meeting held for people to voice concerns to upper management, who really don't even pretend to care anymore. One person was brave enough to point out process flaws and lack of management participation in readouts, only to get a response that basically said "thank u, next." The rest of it was mostly soulless corporate blather and dancing around the bad Pulse responses that were submitted, along with low survey participation. Who wants to participate when you aren't being truly heard or acknowledged? RTO issues with lack of desk equipment have not been resolved, probably will be setting up tip jars to get that done.
The air is slowly leaking out of the EDAO organization, you can easily sense that. Who knows what's next.
