Fact~ At present, the regulation of AI in the United States is still in its early stages, and there is no comprehensive federal legislation dedicated solely to AI regulation. The use of AI technically can not be used to interact with people due to privacy biometric laws. AI algorithms can be designed to learn about consumers breathing, tones to sell & influence consumers to make decisions they wouldn’t normally do. It’s a form of manipulation & marketing deception companies should be banned from using AI when interacting with consumers & investors. It can also be used to hypnotize people. It’s way to powerful in the wrong hands.
