This company is a joke and very toxic, management and others don't know what is going on. Nor do they know how to run a company. I was in training last week for stupid stuff, perfect work flow. The trainer was the worst, damn valley girl. She kept says "hey friends." I am not friends with nobody at this company especially not a damn valley girl.

You seem fun to work with for sure.
To be blunt you’re not wrong at all on this but your extra negativity should be handled in a way to where it doesn’t bleed over into others. If you already have these feelings which are valid 100%, I highly suggest you find a new job.
