I feel for some of the folks who are still there, as the job market has tightened up significantly as most companies are holding on hiring right now in an effort to contain costs and expenses as we look to roll into a recession this year. The innovation and value that Citrix used to bring to the industry has been lacking for a while now, and is now pretty much nonexistent. I see the incremental "feature" releases on LinkedIn now and then, and it's literally versions of the same stuff we were selling (or trying to sell) 2-3 years ago. I have conversations with partners and customer CIOs every month it seems about their desire to start planning a wind-down or outright exit strategy for their Citrix environments before their next renewal.
