Another Saturday opening and the department looks like a hurricane hit it nothing was zoned at all I see managers don't even walk the departments to see if it was close down right but the same manager want to ask me why it look like trash smhhhh nothing ever changes around here.

This is what happens when incompetent people are promoted to manager. That person believes that the promotion is directly reflective of them being competent and better than others that might have been promoted. That person truly believes that releasing words from their mouth that vaguely have something to do with the job means that not only are they managing but doing so with aplomb. They believe they are so good at managing that the tasked is accomplished with little more than an afterthought or an embellishing note at the end of an already masterful performance. In their mind their very presence in the building should bring restful assurance to all who labor within. So to them , since they had been in the building the evening before, surely any problem they CURRENTLY see within your department was caused by YOU and NOT left from the previous night. The sooner you learn that they are truly the epitome of managerial brilliance the sooner you'll learn that if you are in your dept then all of it's problems were caused by you.
