Hey Folks, With all the Cap1 Layoffs/PIP comments, want to know how you'd consider an offer from JPMC vs a Cap1 offer (both manager roles). Cap1 however is offering about 30% more than JPMC.

I know program in mlx was impacted, but not many. It's been a open secret since covid that our operating expenses are too high. I'm at sr Mgr level and think there needs to be a reduction in the number of people leaders at senior Mgr levels

Senior level needs to be culled. Never did fix that issue with csv transaction downloads from the website.

I'm the original poster. Since beginning of the year and this week there has been layoffs not just individual but Sr Directors. It's always been this way. Period.
