Leader ship is busy lining their pockets with as much money as they possibly can at the expense of the members and the employees. His livelihood depend on USAA being successful. What I want to know is where is the board of directors and all of this and why are they so silent? Everybody can see what’s being written about USAA and of course the board of directors has to be aware of the entire situation and so why is Wayne Peacock still there? Why is anybody on his leader ship team still there? I think the entire board of directors needs to be dismissed as well as all of the upper management, and Wayne should be the first to go. The arrogance is overwhelmingly unbelievable and those of us who worked there in the past, could see where this was headed and we left. It is a sad day.
