Get ready for managers to most likely be even angrier and take their cr-p out on you even more.. apparently they’re going to start taking calls. It’s going to be through the directory for escalations. So now the work from home managers that don’t do anything all day and watch TV have to actually do something.. only a slight portion of our job and they’re going to hate their lives even more.

When I was a director in staff, I used to crack up at how member contact managers thought they were at my level of management. They were just glorified senior reps. Know nothing about running the strategic pieces of P&C. What was worse was when some of those people moved up into senior ranks, but I guess one can hypothesize that is why the company is in the shape it’s in.

Seems like Wayne is really trying to see just how low employee morale can go. It's already at the lowest point in the company's history, but at this point it's like Wayne wants his legacy to be as the most hated, arrogant, and incompetent CEO in USAA's history.
Ki-ling morale and making employees miserable is clearly the only thing he's good at, so I guess he's playing to his strengths.
Can't wait until this Patrick Bateman piece of sh-t is out of power. How someone so unambiguously bad at their job has managed to stay in charge defies all logic. It will be a glorious day at USAA when Wayne and his cronies ride off into the sunset.
