Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

BOD TAKE NOTE: FIRE CEO JOHN STANKY

But firing the CEO is a tough decision. something has gone very wrong and T is steadily losing ground following other corporations downward slide.

T is becoming an extreme case, Stank performance is becoming a sad standard, a sad case study. and it’s not hard to understand why. At a time when companies have come to be judged by the valuation of their stock, investors now view chief executives as the primary determinant of corporate performance. When companies don't do well, When they do poorly, they’re given the blame to the CEO and the boot.

They're all inbred up at that level. No one is firing anyone.

Stankey and bod are in bed. The whole company will be irrelevant in next 5-10 years. Starlink will eventually take over the broadband and we know the next evolution is space cell service. Att is done, it will die in next 10-15 years.

Stankey has no ability to think out of the box. He continues down the same path as always, stumbling over the same obstacles as always. Wow, how do u get a job which pays you 25 million a year, while your directives bleed the company of a billion dollars a year. Never will understand why this man isn't picking gravel out of his ar-e from being thrown out the front door. Ge-z.

OP is one of the regular trolls sharing their business knowledge with the BOD on a random forum. OP, don't be such a mo--n. Everyone knows the BOD monitors CB channel 5. Go there and plead your case.

Can you imagine if this was a football team - 80000 people, what would they be chanting in the stadium every week? If any of them bothered to show up that is.

“ glad stankey is causing disruption and the mentally weak ones are giving in and quitting.”

The smart ones are taking notice of the disruptions, evaluating their options - opportunities to advance vs. adapting to continuing leadership failures. The people leaving are not mentally weak, they are taking action in their best interests. The people who mock their actions may want to take stock of their value at AT&T and develop a plan.

The crooked, inept BOD is totally complicit in this fiasco. That’s why the rubber stamp all the atrocious decision by the megalomaniacal “Juan Skunkey”!

Lost leaders: When British prime minister Theresa May was unable to get agreement on a Brexit deal, she ended her stress and resigned.

Boris Johnson new Brexit was a failure he jumped ship.

CEOs should get out with their fortune & leave the company under control of anyone who could do better. In this case, anybody.

Teams get rid of the coach or head manager not usually the players when things don’t go well.

From one perspective, AT&T's valuation looks golden, under the right leadership, unfortunately we are stuck with Stanky always Looking the another way.
