Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Fighting in the workplace here in Georgia…

I heard there have been several altercations (fights) and uproar’s surrounding the management return to office here in Georgia . The police were even called in. I imagine the mental meltdown that’s taking place across the nation, is taking its toll on many employees. I listen to the Calm app for peace. If you have Kaiser Permanente, you can sign up for the Premium through them.

Also, for those who feel the need for extra assistance, EAP is a place to start. Also, your Behavioral Health Department at your medical facility is there to help.

I wish everyone well. What I see happening to management… in time it will trickle down to occupational. The company is purposely putting their employees between a rock and a hard place. That is their way of forcing people out. Keep in mind… this is not the original At&t. It is a SBC travesty, and they are showing us they don’t care.

Why all the fighting? What are they afraid of? Pandemic virus or work in general? Keep in mind those of us that did not get day 1 off of reporting in to the work centers. This hysteria has got to stop.

Looking forward to the next fight, a cat fight would be hot just like what recently happened in a Vegas casino. Clothes being ripped off, bare a$$e$ exposed, really hot! Let’s go, girls!

Anyone remember back before the SBC takeover the TEAM BUILDING exercises we participated in? Is this the new form of team building we have to look forward to? 😳

Maybe the fights were actually “collaboration” in disguise.

I heard via leadership that one Atlanta location was overcapacity, one day this week, per badge swipes.

We need more publicity of these incidents. Sunlight will disinfect the executives' evil plans. Bring burner phones to take video.

I say they put a boxing ring, wrestling mat or MMA cage in the offices. That way folks can blow off steam AND get some good exercise as well! 😉
