I heard there have been several altercations (fights) and uproar’s surrounding the management return to office here in Georgia . The police were even called in. I imagine the mental meltdown that’s taking place across the nation, is taking its toll on many employees. I listen to the Calm app for peace. Also, for those who feel the need for extra assistance, EAP is a place to start. Also, your Behavioral Health Department at your medical facility is there to help.
I wish everyone well. What I see happening to management… in time it will trickle down to occupational. The company is purposely putting their employees between a rock and a hard place.
