I urge you to read in detail the Layoff board for ExxonMobil. It will reveal how we have to hot desk, forced ranking with a specific % that have to go each year, dwindling benefits and a sad toxic culture. Every place has its things...but this place ...is "unique"

@XOM brought out the worst in my XTO team mates . I’ll say this . If you like to work and keep your head down and go home. Plus your not really a political person. This is not the place for you.
XOM here, you have my sincerest condolences. XOM going to ruin any culture you have like they did to XTO.

If you do your job well, you shouldnt have to worry?
With the forced ranking you have to fight for your job each year. Essentially a one year contract of employment. The bottom 5 to 8 percent get booted out of the company each year. Moral is terrible at XOM because of this process.
I will add I feel for you all. I've survived the pip and I'm rowdy as he-l!
