I got a mailing today notifying my mother (who passed away over ten years ago) that her medical insurance was being changed to United Health Care in 2024.
She has never been on my insurance in my life time as a pre-65 retiree myself.

I was told it was in error. They are trying to stop the mailings. It was because she was a beneficiary of mine sometime in my career.
