Anyone know why Mary is still around?

Mary was the first mate Mike brought in to DXC as part off the Ex Accenture gang. He has he fired them all except for Mary, the last one fired was Bagel.

He has put on her on the 2nd best pay after himself, another anomaly such high pay for a HR Admin.

How is she still around or is she?

No one has heard from here for months.

Wonder why she is a special case and why Mike has kept hold of her?

They won't announce anything. Her bio will just silently dissappear from the corporate website.

She's going Mikey has no choice, she hasn't delivered anything and staff aren't happy not hearing any comms about pay every year.

She's so expensive for what she does.

The new analysts have worked out what's going on, he will need to make bold moves if he is to survive.

He can get someone younger, fitter, for a lot less.

Due to cost control and her poor performance will there be an announcement about Finchy on the 3rd August when the results are announced?

"Mary F has decided to spend more time with her family and has decide to leave DXC... We thank Mary for her contribution on the transformation Journey. A replacement will be announced ...."

Since they have made her Marketing VP there has been no Marketing.

Everyone I talk to haven't got a clue about what DXC are or what they do. Nobodys heard from her.

She needs to step on what's happening with Annual Merit she's promised and Marketing of the company.

You can't do that with 3 emails a year.

Most of you guys forgot that she is spearheading our innovative marketing strategy as well. We have got amazing coverage in the evening F1 and Manchester United deals. It would be really nice if we can get some advt. and publicity during the primaries and debates.

If these results are bad she's got to go, such high expense, even if she can teabag, su-k eggs, send 3 emails, fulfill Mike's requests.

There's others out who are alot cheaper and better, onshore or offshore.

Get it done Mike, get the replacement in.

Expect the announcement shortly, the Company can't afford such large costs for a non critical HR role which can be filled much cheaper.

You can't even update anyone on pay after you promised you were doing annual merits when you started.

Novices wake up. When there is no money in the pool to pay Salary rises and the business is struggling to write and win new business and there is a dwindling free cash how is it HR's fault for not paying rises. Need cash, revenue, profits to get paid. So now you all go and deliver.

Something fishy going on here, HR head average salary is $220 000 from salary.com link below, so why is she being paid around 25 times that at $5 million.

She's gotta go as a big saving replaced by a cheaper option.

Thanks for making me laugh 😅 when have DXC actually rewarded people adequately or if at all for their performance.

Company is a joke, seems to me only people in senior management get rewarded appropriately. To me not one DXC, 2 tier DXC.

Thinking positively, the job at the next company I go to will be so much better.😎

There are a number of reasons:

  1. Mad Mike still needs someone he can trust to manage shrinking the workforce
  1. Mad Mike refers to her as 'Finchy' or 'his Finchy'. I know what you're thinking. I couldn't possibly comment.
  1. More importantly, why, oh why, does Nadia Owens still have a job? Her role is Global Performance, Rewards, and Sustainability. DXC does none of those things, so what is she doing to remain in post? Again, I couldn't possibly comment on what she may or may not be doing :)
