If Scottsdale AIP has a meeting later this year in which "Celebrate Good Times" by Kool & The Gang is playing at the start then start packing your sh!t!

But are you really "surviving"? Allstate is a sinking ship. Failing more and more by the day. IF your area makes it through October's sla-ghter it is only a matter of time before the Transformative Growth grim reaper comes calling for you and your area. It will come for everyone onshore sooner or later.
