It’s not gonna be good. They will need to start cutting the fat and escalating transformative growth in India. Managers take note. Consolidations on the horizon at the low and middle manager levels. 500k policies down the drain so a staffing cut must happen.

Hard to imagine they’re going to be able to turn this around anytime soon if ever. People despise the company, both employees and customers.
Not saying the Transformative Growth to India has not been the main part of the problem. However this company has jumped on that one way track and are speeding down it. They have no intentions of trying to do otherwise and are 100% committed to it due to ego and unwilling to admit their their blessed Transformative Growth plan has been an utter failure even before they implemented it in 2019 and 2020. They are willing to let the ship sink before they admit that they were 100% wrong with Transformative Growth. They themselves in their town halls and quarterly meeting insist that Transformative Growth is working when it obviously is not. Whether it is being in a sad state of denial or flat out refusal to admit it they will never admit Transformative Growth is a failure in every aspect.
LOL! Escalate 'transformative growth' in India? You want to beef up the main point of failure at Allstate... Alrighty then.
India is a part of the failure. Ask any agent how the customer feedback has been when dealing with India reps.
Staffing is naturally attritioned in many areas. Layoffs not happening.
