I just jumped ship and am at USAA in property. It’s been and incredible experience. Higher pay and I literally get 5 claims/week vs 5+ a day at Allstate!!!! Come on over!

I left for Travelers after ten years. It’s night and day difference. I’m respected, I earn bonuses, and my workload has decreased! Now is the time to see what else is out there.
I left for Chubb and it has been life changing. I check here routinely as old friends at Allstate tell me it is not getting any better. I hope there is some positive change for you guys at some point.
With my tenure I am going to stick around and see what happens. I am already working from home and working at about 50% effort as it is. All other insurance companies are pretty much the same flop but not quite as bad from what I hear from others that left. If I stay and are lucky enough to get severance it is just about a year of $85,000 before taxes and I am in a state where I can get unemployment and severance at the same time so I can apply for a few jobs a month that I know I will not be getting and milk that for almost a year and relax before jumping back into the work force. If they try to move me to a vendor I will just go elsewhere. Not going to stress it at all and all the above to me is more worth it than starting fresh somewhere else that will not be all that much better.
Left for a competitor last year. I cannot believe I stayed at the dump in retrospect.
Ditto. I'm at progressive. Left 2 years ago. Never looked back
i am so glad for you that you have not experience any of the horrible work conditions listed in the indeed 2023 reviews. The grass is really greener! Yea!!
