How does anyone feel about working at ATT after this inane plan is completed? Some people will be happy to move, some won't have to, lots will leave. If you are going to stay, what is your department going to look like afterwards? Does this affect your decision?

No change. We're not affected.
I was planning to stay a couple of years longer, but will take the severance now. The place is no longer even a mediocre workplace.
I was planning to retire in 2026 anyway, hopefully I can last until the end of wave 3. If I wasn’t so close to retirement I’d be looking outside for a new job and get out. This company is awful.
Get rid of the cancer that just do little and complain a lot. It will be a better place.
Only a fool would relocate. You will spend a ton of money and get laid off in a new town with no support system.
This is a clean house action, The first part in cut people and move some to a hub, the second step is to cut at the hubs!!
I will leave on my own terms, severance or not. T has crossed the line when it comes to basic humanity and I want no part in this POS company regardless if they let me stay or not.
