Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Curious about the target groups

I take the rumors of cuts very seriously. Does anyone have insights who could be target groups?

Markets will get his hard. Last round of layoffs the different orgs needed to reduce by 30%, EIS only did 15%. They need to make up that difference and then some.

Reductions will happen and they will be widespread. If you aren't in the know, you might be laid off. If you are in the know, you might be demoted or laid off. This isn't rumor or speculation. We completed a very large merger and still have work to do to get down to an ideal workforce size that we can afford. There's urgency to get all the way there this year. Stop the silly questions. Get ready and stay ready. That's it.

No. Expect employee reductions in the largest numbers yet. It's happening in the 2nd half of this year.

I'm expecting heavy contractor cuts in Q3. The payouts for severance aren't cheap, easier and faster to cut contractors for now. We will see.

Well Ulf has a 6/27 conference call so wondering what that’s about. Kinda thinking thwart are about to outsource operations. Kinda fishy this whole 6/15 deadline for workday career update and now a 6/27 call.
