I always wondered when I walked into a US Bank location why the employees look defeated and didn't greet clients or have a sense of urgency like Union and other banks.
I now understand why and, it has to do with the original post. They don't feel valued. They are overworked and the company views them as robots then as people.
Sadly US Bank needs a makeover I leadership across the board. Most noticeably in retail markets (branches, wealth, Usbi) The truly sad part is no one in the company cares enough to make the changes needed.
