Does anyone have insider news about criteria for RTO exceptions?

Only people with an approved JAR and military spouses with an active duty spouse with orders to PCS are being approved.
Save your energy. 100% outside of this are being denied (again, if you are within 60 miles)
Apologies. I realize this question doesn’t make sense with the kind of executive decisions being made right now. Very sad that employee morale hit the lowest point!
