Can anyone count the number on non employee Vendors that we outsource work to around the world? I wrote down 10 to 12 that remind me daily some task they track isn’t done to realize they don’t have a clue why and realize afterwards I should just ignore them!
I was surplussed 3/3. Welcome to the club I promise it doesn’t hurt.
Well, everyone except the top three levels of liars ... They are safe
This isn’t a “reality check” to anyone except you.
Yes I am replaceable but those notes I made on what I do that accidentally got shredded aren’t. And guess what? I’m not documenting another thing. They were 11 years worth of detailed knowledge and step by step guidelines that only someone who has intricate knowledge of these processes and all of the revisions know. I hate they got mixed up in some RIM documents I was cleaning out and the electronic files were accidentally deleted. But since I’m so replaceable, it shouldn’t matter? Right???!!!
Get rid of underperformers and unneeded workers.
Unless you're John Stankey.
Thx OP genius! We know we’re replaceable. As Big-J says, “Employment is a two way street.” It’s just that we’re all bitter because the senior leadership team have double parked their Escalades on our of the street for the last decade. We’d like to see a few of these clunkers towed away instead of getting the blame that we’re the ones that haven’t collaborated around growth. I didn’t sign the DTV/Warner deals… I didn’t run them into the ground… but oh yeah, the people that did always have a home here… because AT&T cares about family.
Yup, by subpar contractors overseas.
