Used to be they had HPIM in every pie but now struggling to find them. Last saw them with just 2 guys on shift the whole few weeks. What is going on?

HPIM = High Priority Incident Management aka Major Inc Management
Rebranded term for when they made the old lot redundant back in 2017 and brought in people on low money
