STRIKE- STAY WORK FROM HOME

We need to strike. This is completely unfair to tell us we have to go back after all the growth we did during the pandemic..! Somebody give tips of how to get this going.

I want to work in office again but there are none in my area cause they closed mine during COVID and my department did everything they could to keep us work at home because of folks like you all. I don’t like work at home it’s not for everyone. You all can strike but keep in mind there are 100 other people who would be happy to replace each one of you. Good Luck.

Yeah I think that too with the economy. Except I’m already broke and now have to accommodate for a babysitter.

I think that they are probably promising these cities their offices are in to bring employees back to help out with the economy. I’m sure they’re getting tax breaks and all kinds of perks for making people come into the office so they have to buy gas, have to buy work clothes, more likely to get food out.

The whole thing with sending people back is a joke especially for people that have been working from home for YEARS, long before covid ever was a thing. I think they just want to force people to leave and this is the easiest way to do it and saves them more money. As if it wasn't enough that they stopped paying for our internet. They have continuously been taking all the perks away little by little and they are no longer the great company they used to be even though they claim they are. It's so sad to see how bad it is now; so many people are overworked and underpaid.

I’ve worked remote for 9 years in the backend for this company. Cigna is not unionized so not working is quitting. My office isn’t even in the same state and I’m being aligned to be in-office. None of this makes sense. I get to go into an office to just meet on webex. How is this bringing us together?

I'm in. Teams are located all over and they want us to go in to the "nearest" office, to work with our teams on calls all day. Hard pass. Hold the line and say no!

The manager calls are horrendous. Comply or Goodbye is the message. They updated the severence policy to add criteria in which you can select receive severance (don't worry - you likely won't qualify).

How out of touch is leadership to ask folks to incur additional expenses to go into the office for an ego stroke?

Get a petition going (maybe Change.org) and circulate it or stage a walkout?

The town hall was an absolute joke! I had to hang up half way through. I love how they make these senarios that “people are embracing each other because the sense of community”. Uhhhhmmmmm yeah? They haven’t seen each other in a bit, that’s what people do. What people don’t want is to go to the office multiple days a week! We won’t be embracing each then..! They simply put are not listening to their employees at all.

The town all was a complete joke. Stock prices haven’t been higher, but the stockholders want us back in the office? Total circus show.
