I really don't know what will happen and how this will all look if the company does not immediately focus on keeping the remaining employees.
The future doesn't look good....

he doesn’t have to try to keep the remaining people, the remaining people are stupid, and they stay without salary, increases ever
They don’t give a f. All you people care way too much, the execs and board don’t care about any of you or if the company fails. They get paid either way, and that’s the whole point of DXC existing in the first place, for the board and execs to get paid.
The leaders of this company have never cared about people, or retaining them.
Thier strategy is how to fill thier pockets, and that has been the one consistent thing they have delivered on.
They will make all kinds of promises and excuses to reach thier goals and thier $$$$$$$.
Everybody else can take a fall.....
