Intel is not a nonprofit.
If they can't afford to pay open market wages, people should leave. I owe intel a good day's work, they owe me a good day's pay. Intel does not care about my family, we have a business relationship.
I'm gone.
They ki-led merit based promotions and raises.
The people they're screwing over the worst are the people who worked the hardest. Good luck turning around a company when you push your highest performers our the door.
