The joke of this is that the majority of the people not doing the quota were the actual people leaders themselves ha ha ha
From email today:
a significant proportion of people are not complying with their hybrid workstyles, which is "concerning"
"We expect a material and tangible improvement i n attendance"
If people don't improve "it will be reflected in year end performance evaluation and compensation outcomes"
They’ve been doing it for years in the US by key card swipes. I would think other countries as well.
Doesn't surprise me in the least. At least a year ago, we were told about the IR sensors mounted underneath the desks, used to monitor desk occupancy. It was combined with the desk booking system to see who was attending the office, how often, and whether desk bookings were actually being used.
Non compliance leading to smaller bonus you think? Or some other sanction?
