Verizon and AT&T are merging with Verizon being the buyer. They will keep the AT&T name though. One more round of layoffs to get ATT as lean as possible and then it happens.

Pay him to leave before he heads this company right into an abyss that will be the ultimate demise of the ATT death star if it's not yet already there!

Stankey will quadruple his yearly earnings if forced out for his golden parachute. Hence the reason the board puts up with his idiocy.

Yeah, change needs to happen and soon. Like replace the entire sh---y BODs. Each one of them. Seems like they all have their heads up their as--s and can't tell Stankey no to save their lives.
Get rid of Stankey. Don't care what it takes. Stank is the worst CEO on planet. That guy gets way too much money for what? Ruining a company by his horrible leadership style?
Tell Randall Stephenson to never again visit any AT&T facility. HIs time with T is done. His paychecks are stopped.
Finally get rid of all the sh---y little AVPs in HR who believe they are "it" just because they have a MBA and can change the color of power point charts.
Come to think of it, get rid of ALL leadership and management and start over from scratch.

I recommend working for regional or rural electric companies. They are rolling out fiber quicker than AT&T ever could.

Until Stank goes, nothing changes.

Makes no difference at this point forward. With the debt level, outstanding shares and p*ss poor leadership for the last decade, it will take longer than a lot of folks have left to work to turn it around.
Sadly, the era of Stanky and Stephenson needs to end before the
new direction can take place.
Most of us are and will continue to pay the price for their poor decisions. Meanwhile they will both get rich for their failures.
This is what is wrong with Corp America today.

Hang on tight???? I will be in the front, hands in the air and screaming of joy like no one's looking! Does not mean it gets any better and if you honestly feel like you have a say in this, you should probably be joining them! No matter who's CEO or SLT, I do my job to the best of my abilities everyday, cash the check and rest easy knowing I did everything I could within my control! No regrets ever
