Despite layoffs between 5% - 45% depending on division, hiring freezes, no raises (after raises so bad last year managers got 'talking points') ... it has come to light that the LTI raises (only for higher $$ individuals/managers/leaders) are still going ahead. These are 10 - 20% of salary in a bonus for people already getting >$200k base.
