Are folks with only intel brand name in resume skilled or not skilled ??

Generally this is a deterrent. Intel has a weak performance culture and toxicity. Other companies know this as employees who have worked at Intel and managed to leave carry these cautionary tales

Intel is a slow sinking ship and a big reason are the lifers who are here for decade+

This is really interesting to me. I've been at Intel for nearly 2 decades and have tons of experience in several different positions. Oddly enough, not one of the several recruiters who have contact me have asked a single question about my time at Intel - they only ask about my experience prior to Intel. I don't get it - Is Intel's reputation really that poor amongst recruiters???

There are some really smart, hardworking and talented people that work at intel but they get screwed over and cheated by a corrupt management system that rewards the wrong people. Get woke go broke, affirmative action results are on full display here.
