Do you know this company never posted a loss in the history of the company even during the great depression, so how in the world do they justify a loss so big this year which obviously has resulted in layoffs. I think when they start laying off they need to start looking at the CEO and all executive management first not the people who actually do the work.

Wayne is following in the footsteps of Bob Davis who was literally nuts. Wayne was hired and groomed by Bob years ago. If you were around then, you will recognize what Wayne is doing… and Bob was driving the company into the ground. The Board is clueless.
Any smart CEO would look to remove executives, but instead, Wayne looks to layoff the actual workers who are doing the work his executives want done.
