If you are cannot pass military fitness standards, you can be rif'd in FY24. The General wants a physically fit workforce. New people goal will include a BMI/fitness metric.

The HR General Fr0st is looking to cut managers who have <4 direct reports, and merge their team with the manager's director.
She also has her HR platoon looking into which benefits can be cut next...401k match, PTO, HSA...etc
Anyone who did not complete 40 hours can be RIF'd in Q1fy24. The general does not tolerate failure.
