Got out before his career was further tarnished by association with this struggling organization. Good for Terrance.

Trustage (formerly CUNA Mutual) is a $5B insurance company serving the credit union niche market. Whether you liked him or not, this is a nice promotion for Terrance. Certainly not someone who was kicked to the curb.
Token figurehead. Nothing more nothing less. Lunacy for hiring that way. He will land well for the same reasons as he hops a few more times in executive positions.
I love his style along with the talented Mr. Wilson! Oh no! Sad day.
Thank you Mr. Williams for your dedication to this great company. Please don’t listen to the naysayers.
Terrence was just as much a part of the destruction of this brand as Shapiro, Wilson, and Parsons. He certainly did nothing to help and better the agency enterprise and in fact his poor, neglectful, and inept leadership is a big part of why the exclusive agent will be all but a memory by end of 2025. He helped destroy the agent at Allstate either by design in an almost criminal deceitful way or by complete incompetence.
As I said before good riddance to Terrance Williams. No f***ing loss there.
Tom is a master at attracting, developing, and losing talent.
