Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Many staff are leaving DXC to Customers

Mike Salvino thinks his doing a good job, it's laughable going for growth its never happening in the current setup.

Employees are now leaving DXC and the customers are desperately taking them on.

Customers are fed up and have no choice anymore as they are aware that DXC is hammering thier employees and they can no longer afford to stay at DXC, so it's a case of recruit them or lose them.

Customers are fully aware of years of 0% pay raises and how staff can no longer survive in the cost of living. Whilst DXC have no fair ESG and cant defend thier position.

They know its not because they aren't paying DXC, But because the money is been raided by the top management and then telling staff that there is no money available.

Well done Mikey for closing down DXC by your greed.

Mikey needs to start living in the real world, he needs to start paying, people can't survive the crises anymore see latest data below .

Pay, meanwhile, closed in on inflation with pay including bonuses up by 6.5% and pay without bonuses up 7.2%, both ahead of expected. While both were still below inflation, they were much closer than in past months.

“In cash terms, basic pay is now growing at its fastest since current records began, apart from the period when the figures were distorted by the pandemic,”

@2lcz+1n3sHBkM That's what people are doing, leaving DXC.

DXC can't get replacements unless they pay alot more in the market. Short term thinking, they should be focusing on retaining employees.

This is what happens when you run a business by every quarter, you have no strategy to grow, and you end up paying alot more for rubbish new recruits who dont have a clue.

The number of times you hear a leader say will know the position better after the quarter has ended, is a myopic management style.

Mike needs to go back to business school.

@2waa+1n3sHBkM. - is absolutely correct. If you believe you are worth more, go outside and get a a high paying job. Don't sit here and keep complaining. Particularly people from high cost locations.

I was in Networks and all the years we were in AT&T we got both raises and bonuses every year without fail.

Since we came back to DXC we have got nothing in 2 years, so I'm leaving, everyone friend I know elsewher got raises, proves DXC is a a very bad exception.

If DXC want to pay they can, like they pay market rate to attract new recruits, its the bad management at the top who are choosing to take all the money for themselves.

Everyone is fed up as can be heard on the town halls, the Mike puppets lame excuses don't hold any credibility anymore. His lost the people.
