Read the article, I think that's less of an issue with T. The RTO policy is mostly about reduce real estate footprint, forcing workers to move on their own dime with no employment guarantees, which of course means a certain percentage won't. T knows this, HR likely already did the math on how many won't make the move. This is all very carefully planned, Executives don't give a fck about inconvenience or how it effects employees. I always wonder if coined never happened if this hub consolidation would ever have been a thing?
