Looking back on RLS closing

Was the absolute best thing that ever happened to my family. Such a toxic environment. Horrible management that favored certain employees.. useless employees protected by the union. Schedule was horrible. I'm making twice the money now and am appreciated in my efforts.

It’s comical to see what real unions do as compared to our shim sham rail unions. The dues are also like a 3rd of a cost. What a scam. Our local guys don’t do siht except to make sure their Jobs and off days don’t get messed with. F-kc em

What a id--t, you had weekends off and it was a easy job for sure compared to every other shop. Grow the he-l up and find something else to do besides talking sh-t you obviously don't have a clue about.

RLS was always a substandard shop with substandard emoployees. Local politics protected the inevitable for years. The only lose lose in this is other businesses getting substandard employees.

I’m not trying to be fired every day for everything. It’s great!! I’m treated as an asset, not a liability.
