As part of the orgs restructuring there will be a consolidation across all segments, Federal may be somewhat less impacted. SLED, FirstNet, GEM, the lower sales performers below 80% and even some who are exceeding quota will be impacted, notices coming soon, the BAT team is most likely entirely gone and continued eyes on retail transitioning to dealers.

I've heard conflicting stories from the notices going out this month -or they'll have the new org stood up and ready by the end of August. Public Sector was just consolidated and the new org structure avps,sls mgrs, cses all are being reviewed for severance as you have multiple layers of redundancy for all those roles . The new AVP leader came from FirstNet so much discourse and conflict between FirstNet players and the other segments as you've got FirstNet sellers and sales managers who are significantly below 80% -at like why do you still have a job your numbers are so low and cses and sls mgrs from the other orgs who are well over 100% so I expect there is concern and sensitivity on the potential legal exposure if those bottom performers from FN are kept in lieu of the top performers from the other segments

I heard this same conversations last week -also healthcare and GBS will be getting a similar type of haircut-this appears to be the move-forward model for all the sales centers
