Two Job Scam

While working at Oracle something appeared on one of those people-search websites saying that I was the CEO of an accounting company. Like I was running an accounting company as a "side hustle", as someone on here calls it.

This was completely ridiculous. So much so, that I suspect one of my immediate managers of somehow manufacturing it. It is so outside of my knowledge, my experience and background that it sounds so much like something they would invent in their tiny brainless heads.

I spent a good deal of time trying to get rid of it. Believe me, it is not easy to get rid of false information about yourself once it is out there.

In any case, no matter how it was created, I suspect my immediate managers of using it to sabotage me. Of course, as usual, no one bothered to ask me, did they?

Oracle is a huge dump filled with disgusting, dishonest, corrupt, lying and manipulative management. I very strongly advise you to get out of the company if you are an honest person like myself. These same managers sabotaged me in multiple ways. Get out, get out, get out.

If your manager spreads false information about you verbally, it's slander. If it's in writing, it's libel. Just collect copies of everything, ask for copies, and then go see a lawyer. Defamation is illegal.

Oracle will go out of their way to spy on you and make sure you don’t do your side hustle. Management gets jealous and they even make the board approve it.

Not exactly the same thing, but close. I started a company decades ago, and it failed. End of story, right? Somehow D&B got my company information back then, and put my company in their database. Now, 20 years later, I have a payroll of millions, I pay my employees six figures, and I have about 100 employees!!!!! Its all wrong info!!! I have nothing like that! I did nothing to promote ANY of that, and the only thing I retained from the company back then, was my personal email. Databases have a way of perpetuating false information. I can only imagine when the AI engines find that info. So if something like that is true for you, in the context of Oracle? Sounds like you need some legal advice.

Do you need two jobs to make up for being underpaid?

Duh I don’t work for Oracle any more. I’m warning those left what their management is capable of. Duh. How is that a personal problem.

Thank you for your post. You are 100% correct with all said. They couid this down print it so can remember that you stood up for many, you are the voice for many that can’t stand up for whatever treasons.

Every employee has rights wherever they work. Read the Sec Code of Ethics on website.. keep in mind that all publicly traded corps are required to write their own code of ethics and SEC has to approve (that’s a binding contract if you had Business Law)
And all publicly traded corps required to update and send to SEC

Govt can find all deleted emails and have all of us identified.

Then don't work at Oracle. I agree with the first post - sounds like a personal problem. You are responsible for managing your career and aren't forced to work for any company.

And one other thing. These same corrupt managers are so void of any actual development experience (I was in development), that I believe they actually thought that I created all of the code that I did before I left, while working two jobs! How unbelievably stupid is that?

Clueless, corrupt, dishonest, and unbelievably stupid, that was the management I was working for.
