Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I always find it amazing that Leadership and The Board connect their compensation

to various goals and "KPI's" that can always be fudged to a large extent with some numbers creativity. All compensation should be directly tied to the share price. Stankey is going to walk away from AT&T with well over a Quarter Billion along with payments until the day he croaks. A Monkey Flipping Coins or a Donkey Throwing Darts would have far exceeding Stankey and Stevenson's performance.

We’re a utility company. Not even sure we should ever been allowed to be publicly traded. Telephony is a d-mb pipe. Customer pays subscription, we install or connect to network to provide service. Rinse repeat. Simplicity, expertise and inspiration. Why we need 6 corporate jets, 100 vice presidents (each running a KPI scam), and 5,000 new “brand approved” PowerPoint templates a week to share those scams with store reps, prem techs, csrs and business sellers? Eliminate board of directors and senior leadership team. Call COBC today and report KPI scams.
