Exploiting the fact that we are stuck here because of the dismal market and creating additional pressure on employees in order to squeeze them even more....

Depending on what you do, there are no great jobs, good paying jobs in San Antonio.
There are plenty of jobs out there. Make yourself marketable and get your resume out there if you aren't happy here. A lot of us at USAA are unhappy, but don't let them take advantage of you. You are not stuck here..
