Benefits with Severance?

Someone had mentioned they were including health benefits along with the severance for up to 6 months. Can anyone confirm this?

When I was surplused in January I received COBRA for 18 months. I will pay employee premiums for the first 6 months. This is determined by the number of years you have with ATT. You can get 0 to 6 months with employee premiums determined by your years of service.

You will have medical, dental and vision for the remainder of the month you were let go.

That’s it.

Go to HROnestop and type “severance”. Details are in the Severance Oay Plan doc.

Rule of 75 gets nothing for Management Employees.

I’m only answering based on past layoff info I’ve heard. This one could be different. I’ve heard in the past it was Medical, 6 months but Dental and vision, date of termination. Again, could totally be different this time around. Wishing you well.
