Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

It all makes sense now.

I'm currently on a phone call from my 4-up manager that should have been an email.

This manager has spent 8 minutes telling us someone is leaving the "firm" (this term was repeatedly mentioned to try and cement its status in our psyche) and then uputalking the person who is replacing the smart person who's GTFO.

It was a teams call and the high-up staff were all on video chat, sending the message that they were in offices (so empty and lifeless, with blank walls and empty shelves/desks). This management team is more concerned with face time than productivity.
