Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Why is Oracle page the most active in this forum

Was checking the other companies’ pages on this forum and surprised to see that there are no others as active as O . Who said O can’t do well ?

It would be great to see actual pi---d off people stop using Oracle as a service too. That would be the kicker.

I’m glad I work for a company that uses Workday HCM.

Because O has managed to pi-s off or upset so many of it’s employees either by canning them or by putting them in a vulnerable spot of layoff worries.
Early in my journey here, LJE has made it very clear that he is not planning to make this an employee friendly place . And he has stayed true to his words , to his credit!!!

Umm, because it's such a fun company?

I think it's because there's an awful lot of wrong-doing at Oracle. More than most companies and according to a therapist I know, Oracle is the king of trauma in its employees. Now, wonder why that is.

I think there was a statement the OP's post ....that anybody that calls someone out for doing wrong, gets degraded. Where I'm from, those are true hero's. People that can stand up for what is right and oppose those that hurt others.

I’m guessing one statement in there was true , “partners in crime”.

Maybe other companies communicate with their employees so they don’t need to turn to a forum for updates
