There is no future here. I do not expect that a miracle will happen and that the leadership will start valuing the remaining capable employees more. We need to care about ourselves instead of caring about what will happen to this place. Honestly, have you ever wondered what your career would have been like if you had left this misery much earlier?

Sorry @1ctt+1n0SQttP but will only believe that when I see it.
I can confirm raises in the US are happening this month. Double digit percentages for some. Add that with the bonus and it's not terrible. Better late than never.
t ID: @1djl+1n0SQttP I know the difference , but better than not getting it
3% one bonus is better than getting nothing , isn’t it. For me it would have been just over $3,000.00. enough to go on holiday
"Some in US got bonus notifications this week, 3% for top ranked."
So what you're saying is that even if you're the best that DXC has you're still getting a real terms paycut? And this is supposed to be a sign of DXC doing well?
The word delusional comes to mind.
For someone who earnt that much money @1vkb+1n0SQttP you clearly don't understand the difference between a bonus and a payrise but maybe if we all earned that much, money would be less of a concern.
Wow a whole 3% one off bonus, is better than nothing. ! For me that would have been 3K if I stayed!
As has been said before, and can't be said often enough: Just leave. Go, don't go back.
There are loads of opportunities across the tech sector right now. What are you waiting for? Get out, go work for a decent organisation that has good ethical standards, looks after people, pays fairly
You're not in prison, just working for the employer from he-l.
Wow a whole 3% one off bonus, definitely makes up for years without pay rises.
Don't let token gestures like that persuade you things are changing for the better.
Get back to me when our rewards go up at the same rate as the execs.
Not long till we find out if our glorious leader has managed to get his reward to more than a 1000 times his average employee. Last year it was up to 900+ x average, sure that's a target he's interested in hitting.
It's the worst company you can work for, run by incompetent managers who instruct other managers to constantly cut, any they use very unethical way they can.
What sort of company does give a annual merit in the current inflation climate for years.
Absolute rubbish company, enough is enough I'm moving on
yes, things are improving. please contribute and let's make this place a better place.
Off cycle raises are the only way to get comp and your leaders have to fight for it. Some in US got bonus notifications this week, 3% for top ranked. Things are improving for some.
