Any info on how long it will last and how many will be laid off? I'm so worried right now I'm incapable of doing any work.

I am in the call center and we don't get laid off due to the natural high turnover rate but a month ago my manager asked me suspicious questions like have I been job hunting, am I happy? And it seems now we lost about 10 people when I look at member list in team chats. Makes me wonder if I was being probed as a candidate to be laid off. I have high tenure but my pay is still in the new hire range ( how sad is that) They advertised $18.50-$25 as new hire pay on indeed.com at one point. I been with the company for eons and I am still under $25
Hoping we don't get a repeat in Q3, since this was done already in Q1 and now Q2. If so, expect it to hit in early September.
From my understanding, it appears to be completed for now. Has anyone else observed the significant number of Caucasian / Caucasian adjacent males, aged 35 to 40, occupying positions of authority?
