Can you imagine how bad it would irk these narcissists? Seriously, don't pad these guys egos any further and just watch from utv. It will be worth it just to watch Wayne and the rest of EMG have an aneurysm on stage.
They use training classes to fill seats when no one else attends. Now that all training new hires is back in office - they can make the seats look full.
Managers will just make people go in there to attend. When Wayne was over the old MX org, he’d have these townhalls in the media center studio and our managers used to come gather us up and make us sit in the audience so it looked packed for him. Unbelievable.
Like mentioned in another thread, light turnout has gotten noticed. Ramnik didn't like the auditorium looked like the inside of an empty Borders bookstore. Therefore he had a fit about it and beat the management to increase attendance and RTO or else...

I’m not going to any town hall. Especially Wayne’s all employee meeting. Just listening to the bull sh-t he is going to try and sell on UTV is enough to make anyone vomit. I won’t ever give him the satisfaction of going in person. I don’t even want to listen on UTV because it’s going to be nothing but lies and bullsh-t. I hope that auditorium is empty so he sees how much nobody cares about him or what he wants.

The reaction in the last D&S P&C Town Hall was interesting. It was clear that EMG expected more people in the audience and was disappointed. LOL
I agree but unfortunately there’s no way to get 35,000 on board. The auditorium only seats a few hundred anyway so it’ll be full no matter what.
