I believe IOL was in a better shape than now under Rich. Reading how he is planning to reshape his new company, I wonder if it would be a good idea to move there now. Any suggestion or comment?

Kruger is getting to fire as many people as possible at suncor to reduce average production cost. Everyone at suncor is in panic, many have already been laid off in last 2 years, more to come.
These are private companies, to make profits, not give out job. Its the same everwhere, Alberta or Texas.
The BR refinery manager agrees with you! What a vote of non-confidence.
Why did he "retire" from IOL?
You’re a clown and a simp and will always be manhandled by your employer 👍
Suncor is worse than Imperial Oil in office politics. The reason is, they have too many middle managers. Compared to work load, they have tooo many people.
If Rich can change the safety culture in Suncor, and not ki-l so many people, then I would say, why not?? Salary wise they are quite good. On top of that they have bonuses.
The guy is arrogant to the power 10, but at least he had a spine to stand up against some stuff coming from ExxonMobil.
