Is there any truth to the rumor floating around that another round of layoffs are expected after Q2? Anyone with executive insight, please confirm.

The layoff will be another “stealth” layoff, NOT coordinated with the earnings announcement. Reason being it is small enough not to be considered “material” to Wall Street. It will be done over a period of a couple or three weeks, not all at once. Again this is to help preserve what morale is left in the employee ranks.
Expect on prem engineering to take the biggest hit with lower performing cloud people next.
Around the q2 earnings announcement or on the same day again? Are the cut’s coming in product and engineering?
I am hearing rumblings from reliable sources that more layoffs are in the works, for Q3.
Will be about 5 percent overall, about 125 people, with less specific focus on sales and marketing as the big 11-percenter last month.
Targeted to hit again around the Q2 earnings announcement.
Executives were non-committal about additional layoffs on the recent all-hands employee call. That means that they are leaving their options open.
When the exec team gets a good read on second quarter revenue compared to plan, they will have another “oh sh!t” moment and plan another round of layoffs for Q3.
Expect the next round in the August to Deptem we time frame.
