Being constantly threatened about termination is mental abuse!

Let’s put every minority that sells DEI on teamsquirts, but forget to leave out 90% of the other minorities that also actually exist.. because they don’t offer good bang for your buck ESG scores.

The threat of losing your job daily is mental abuse on the employees

Management does not care about mental health. I’m constantly asked to work before and after hours. They don’t want us to have personal lives. They only care about work and not mental health. It’s all smoke and mirrors.

It's an extra level of torment when your abuser pretends like they are there to help you.

It’s the threat of layoffs that are causing stress. The lip service that they are doing something is meaningless. How about instead of spending money on EAP, use that money to keep people employed. We can figure out our own stuff.

Listen if you’re gonna have layoffs just do it. Don’t trickle them out randomly for 8 months so everybody is on edge about losing their jobs.

@wfn+1myLI70x have you ever un-a$$ed your head before you generated a thought?

Asking for a friend.

@wfn+1myLI70x - Yes they talked about the Half Moon Bay and LA shootings that had just happened in a town hall a few months ago. The new Chief Communications Officer showed her mastery of communications by excitedly talking about how quickly her team jumped on preparing some messaging about the shootings. My recollection of her excitement is her whole face lit up, she was gesturing with her whole body, and her voice sounded like Chris Hemsworth just flexed for her.

All the massive layoffs have caused both current and former employees to be mentally sick. There have been suicides in the work place. Their mental abuse is disgusting. Then they have the Audi city to seem concerned for our well being.

They talked about the recent mass shootings at a town hall? How virtuous.

It’s probably just the case of the Mexican national they are trying to label as a white supremacist - even with the brand new tattoos. Yet many mass shootings in the black community go by without a blip.
I’m so tired of our leadership.

Thanks for the reminder to check my junk email, that’s where all those emails go.

I don’t read these communications any more nor attend their town halls.

I know of a couple people at WF that recently unalived themselves. It’s a very sad situation. I’m glad to see WF is offering some support.

Don't worry, after May (Mental Health Awareness Month) is over you won't hear a single word about it until next year.

Wouldn’t it be funny if they let employees talk about it on the Talk About it page?
I know there’s no way they’d open a forum for employees to actually talk openly about how the execs have created an Anxious Uneasy Troubled Distracted workplace , but the truth would be funny…and probably sad.
I look at that one email a few times and think- ‘yep, yes, uh-huh, yes. You did this.’ Execs meeting their perf objectives with every yes.

Mental health emails in a mentally unhealthy workplace is hilarious to me. On one hand you want us to be mentally healthy (great). On the other hand you’re literally doing nothing to address the toxicity in the workplace that’s driving some (all) the mental health challenges your emailing us about. This illusion of caring, given the fact that there’s very little love lost between labor and management historically speaking, is completely farcical. I’m at a loss as to how they expect us to take them seriously. They really do live in their own little echo chamber.🤦🏻‍♂️

The lip service really is annoying. They just want to be able to have a bunch of documentation "evidencing" their "support" of employees. Maybe they'll pat themselves on the back over it after the next mental health crisis at the office. Ya know, like that grotesque way the Communications Executive couldn't wait to pat herself on the back in a town hall for their response to some mass sho*tings in CA.

they are almost as annoying as all the DE&I b.s. they keep shoving in people's faces.
keep the politics and agendas out of the workplace.
