Is there a way to get other model then "blended"? My whole Team was forced to sign for 3 days in the office, even parents of up to 4 years old children. Some Team Leaders are ok with their team members working from home, but others started to use those annexes and require office attendance.

Of course, this is a legislative change nevertheless heavily over-interpreted by HR. The refusal to work from home for those in whose custody minors remain is a flagship example of such abuse. Apparently, the matter is already in the PIP following the recommendation of legal advisors.
A simple google search shows it’s a local government change introduced in Poland.

Isn’t there a law change in Poland that made them do it? It’s not all company globally, right?
Which area is this for? Isn’t D&A tech digital first globally.
I left because of the smugness, tone-deafness, cheapness and incompetence of LSEG's bosses, making our working lives he-l.
The ONE thing where they cut the coo_ies a little slack was the WFH policy. Now forcing the survivors back into the cheap, nasty, hot-desked offices because they're on yet another arrogant business-class power trip. God I am SO glad I quit this dump!!
Looks as if pressure to return to the office is being ratcheted up. Hybrid workstyles have been imposed (after zero discussion in my case) and now added to workday profiles. There is some guff in the policy about how compliance with your allotted workstyle will be factored into performance ratings. Almost everyone in the middle and lower ranks has been told to spend 3 days / week in the office. Seniors, to justify their inflated salaries, are 4 days plus.
It's not about pre or post pandemic. Our staff have shown sincerity towards work and business during lockdown, helping themselves and company grow. This despite the commitments of family life. If this is not enough evidence that employees work from anywhere, I don't know what else is?
Look at some answers - HR strikes back lol
Was not working from office what all LSEG did before we "temporarily" move to WFH beacuse of Covid19?
Now 3 days a week is too much?
Seriously, people expectations are just silly sometimes. No one is going to solve this problem for you.
Negotiate with your manager or change a job if you don't like it.
You work from home?
