Even those with current 5 star ratings with promotions may survive latest rounds of RIFs, but will need to take on all the extra work from others that are laid off. So, is it really worth it?

Optum is really turning into a sh!t-show! Insurance is such a cash-cow, how can they mismanage their way to RIF and offshoring?
Seems as though the question is whether it’s worth it to stay and take on extra work if not RIF’ed…here’s where my head’s at - This place takes in $20B in profits. I’m not willing to participate in burning myself out for it or be a bootlicker. Not willing to spend the money for us to properly support the customers, tech, etc.? They don’t care about quality.
